"Can't close the deal" could be the stupidest talking point
yet, picked up by the MSM. If Obama ends up with the most delegates and the most popular votes, he "closed the deal". Idiots

2. Fact is he DIDN'T close the deal
and lost a state that Democrats have to win in November by a convincing margin- and also failed to win over key constituencies.

I don't know what else you can call that.

10. Dems pulled in more than FIVE TIMES the voters that Gramps did. So why...
...wouldn't we win that state after Obama's been officially declared the nominee and the Party has united behind him?

Doesn't make any sense.

13. That wasn't a competitive race (unless maybe you like Ron Paul)
It's not so much losing the state that concerns me- its losing in some of the districts by 75% to 25%.

I surely didn't expect to see that much of a spread.

4. Can you explain how if he "can't close the deal"
why you would think she is better since she is actually, at this moment, losing. I'm not talking about fuzzy math or counting states that aren't going to be counted. I'm talking about the actual numbers and facts, at this moment, she is behind. If he can't close the deal what does that make her since she is losing to the guy who can't close the deal?

5. It's odd to hear Clinton, Limbaugh, & Hannity all use the same talking point
They are big cheerleaders for Clinton at the moment, but they'll turn on her like rabid dogs once she secures the nomination.

12. Many in her tenous "working class" base will turn on her too.
We just saw how easy it was for Hillary/Mccain/media to convince the "working class" (AKA white voters, no black folks need apply)that Obama is a terrorist, unpatriotic racist...

Just think how easy it will be for McCain/media to get those same folks to turn on Hillary over similar issues. Hell- all you gotta do is lie to them.

15. "Hell- all you gotta do is lie to them" . . .yep, it works like a charm
Really pretty simple- many a vacuum cleaner and used car have been sold using this time-proven technique. All you have to do is sell your soul and you can accomplish so much in direct sales and politics.

Rove, Cheney, Bush accomplished so much over the past 7 years with this strategy. I get a sick feeling when I hear a Democrat doing it...
