With MI/FL, including "uncommitted" for Obama: Obama: 15,254,369 Clinton: 15,150,551
With MI/FL, giving Obama 0 in MI and Clinton 328,000-plus (the only metric which gives her a lead): Clinton: 15,150,551 Obama: 15,016,607

Surrendering Number Three to compensate for Number Two not having been competed in person by either candidate. I believe Clinton would have won both states in a fully contested re-vote.
It's close and inexact, but the primaries aren't over yet.
I'm not sure that every site has the same numbers, are you?
