It is no more or less official that superdelegates would have to overturn the will of the voters should they vote for Hillary Clinton.

Clinton has no chance of winning more contests and, despite her bizarro world calculations, she has no chance of overcoming the popular vote.

Basically, nothing left but smoke-filled rooms for democracy to flourish on her behalf.
