NYTimes: 7 congressional districts in PA still outstanding -- Clinton 64 - Obama 63 delegate count

How Many Delegates? Still Waiting

The Pennsylvania primary results are final, but the delegate count in the state is not.

Because of the rules that govern the allocation of Democratic delegates, final results for each congressional district in the state are needed to allocate that district’s delegates. There are seven congressional districts in Pennsylvania with precinct reports outstanding. The Associated Press tells us that those results may not be available for a day or two.

Thus, The Times has only allocated 127 of the state’s 158 delegates. Currently, Hillary Clinton has 64 delegates and Barack Obama has 63. Stay tuned to our delegate page for updates

2. Very interesting.
Could this be another Hillary is declared the victor in the media, yet Obama wins the delegates, like in Texas? I guess we shall see.

Is that really true?

Obama is only behind by ONE delegate?

I heard one of the CNN pundits talking about how the delegates are apportions in PA, and that
Obama could end up getting more delegates, even if he loses the popular vote by a significant
margin.

This would answer why these last numbers are still out. Does anyone actually believe that it is
an accident that these counties--which favor Obama--are still out?

Who in the hell does she get to do her dirty work for her, and how does she get away with it?

We know how she delayed results in Texas. She threatened a lawsuit if Texas released their numbers
before the vote was certified.

How did she finagle this in PA?

6. So is it the close districts that are hard to project? CNN has 81/69
I suppose if there are districts where it was close to 50/50 or close to a rounding up/down point it's hard to project?

8. The bulk of them are in Philadelphia County where Obama won 65.2-34.8%
There are still 40 districts there that haven't reported (1641 out of 1681). I've no idea what the total voter population is there, but if one extrapolates from the other districts, he'd gain enough to make her double digit victory a sad dream.

I'm guessing they might want to keep the news down until they sucker in enough new donors to keep the Terry Schaivo campaign going.

9. Deja vu of her week long TX lies
It will be a Friday night news dump by the MSM..JUST like the week she LOST TX. 3 days of doing a misleading victory lap with the help of the M$M and then the truth ever so slowly seeps out.

But not by the M$M, the final numbers will be crunched by bloggers and other places on the 'Net and then the MSM will ever so reluctantly go, "oh, yeah, about that..."
That is why HRC was in SUCH a rush to get people to donate "QUICK..send me money before you realize how badly I was screwed in PA". Hope some of you donors post dated your checks...least it will give you time to stop payment.

Those that ran to her website and gave her your cc#...sucks to be you. You should have just called Mark Penn's office and gave them your number cuz that is exactly where your $$ is headed.
