Do either candidate really believe that sending dozens of the same piece of |
campaign propaganda to the voters will actually make someone support them? The same goes for countless robo-calls and inane calls from actual people. All they are doing is pissing off the very individuals that they supposedly want to attract. Why are there idiots running these campaigns?

1. I have a friend who runs one of the robo-call |
companies. He has for years. He lives in a big McMansion in the Virginia countryside and has a vacation spread on the Shenandoah River. The politicians come to him for his services. It's a very lucrative business, and somebody must believe it gets results. (He works exclusively for Dems, by the way.)
Not arguing for or against, just stating the facts.

2. I HATE those damn calls too! Even though I know they are recorded, |
I find myself screaming things into the phone...in hopes that once in a while somebody monitors them. I can see a call on election day or maybe the day before, reminding you to VOTE, but stop the others!

3. Yesterday, my wife screamed at an Obama live caller that if she got one more call |
from his campaign, she would NOT VOTE for him. The idiot still tried to talk to her.
