No recourse/justice for MI people who voted "uncommitted"
Have been hearing on MSNBC that the Clinton people want ALL votes in MI given to Clinton and may take legal action to get them.

What about the 40% of us who went to the polls to vote for ANYBODY BUT HILLARY? Isn't that sort of violation of our rights for depriving US of a REAL primary with REAL candidates on the slate? And what about those who didn't vote because they were told the "primary" wouldn't count?

My feeling about the injustice done to us makes me wonder if those elected officials in MI could be sued, impeached, fined or jailed.....we were cheated not only of candidatates, and votes but of the excitement of seeing the candidates come into the state to campaign. And NOW Hillary wants OUR votes ignored. Ain't that some kind of nerve?

If Hillary's people can ask for legal action, why can't WE people who don't want our votes given to Hillary seek legal action? I'd contribute to a fund for that purpose...rules were agreed upon by the candidates with their signatures that the primary would not count.

4. The Uncommiteds
could have voted for Hillary but didn't. 40% took the time to check that box. They could have voted for Clinton but didn't. Their votes should count for something.

Hillary just wants the votes that went to her to count. THe people who didn't vote for her, but took the time to show up and cast a ballot against her. Screw 'em.

5. The MI primary was ruled unconstitutional already.
So, unless she's going to file for an appeal of that ruling first, she has no shot.

Here is a PDF of the ruling

8. She is ON VIDEO saying the vote won't count.
When they show that in the courtroom what is her response going to be?

"I'm suing because I changed my mind and I'm losing!"

11. Blame your governor ( a Hil-pal)
She could have insisted that ALL names were removed or NONE were removed...but she went along with the "little game" Hillary played by not removing hers..

I have no proof, but i also have NO DOUBT, that somewhere a meeting happened between the Clintons & the Florida/Michigan people in the know.. This is how the "jump the line" maneuver came to be..

HILLARY PLANNED FOR IT TO ALL BE OVER BY FEB 5.

The ONLY way this could happen was for her to have FL&MI delegates, vote count (even though it did not count, it would have been a psychological edge), and a slew of Super Tuesday states in her pocket..

She pretty much accepted the fact that she would probably lose to Edwards in Iowa, and had not even figured on Obama doing well, but she HAD to have two HUGE states in her pocket early, and they thought they could bully Dean and the DNC into letting it happen..

14. The hypocritical posturing and double-dealing is enough to nauseate a maggot.
The DLC "Democrats" and political opportunists at the state and national level, in an unholy alliance with the GOP, FUCKED IT UP ROYALLY!

As they feast on omelets and spout platitudes about putting Humpty Dumpty together again, the voters of Michigan continue to suffer the HIGHEST unemployment and HIGHEST rates of home foreclosures in the country!

Bitter? You better fucking believe I'm bitter!

:grr:

12. The FUBAR just keeps on rolling.
As a Michigan voter, I can't describe how annoyed I get at the exploitation and predation of political OPPORTUNISTS seeking advantage from the complete and total FUCK OVER of the people in my state. When I see self-centered assholes even on this forum anointing themselves holy high arbiters of "what should be done" with the NON-EXISTENT 'delegates' from this state, I get livid. It's NOT up to ANYONE but the VOTERS to appoint DELEGATES ... either by a caucus or a primary election conducted FAIRLY and regularly by and for the voters themselves! Sheesh! Look up the fucking definition of the word 'DELEGATE'!

The candidates MADE NO INVESTMENT of any kind in EARNING the votes of the people of Michigan! None!
They did NOT campaign! They did NOT face the voters! They spent NO campaign money here - but were happy to COLLECT it!

FUCK the opportunistic, pretentious assholes who want to treat this state like some corral of cattle!
