How To Tell If a GD: P Post Is Favorable Towards Obama Or Clinton Without Reading the Header
Clinton-favorable threads will have a response:recommendation ratio of 4:1 or higher on the response side.

Obama-favorable threads will have a response:recommendation ratio of 2:1 or higher on the recommendation side.

Thus endeth today's GD: P guide lesson.

3. In other words... those that make cogent points that make sense and appeal
to people's common sense come from Obama supporters.

Those that are flamebait come from Clinton supporters.

Got it.

4. Hmmm, statistically this is comparing.....
apples and.........horses. Horses eat apples but they are NOT apples.

A poster can only recommend a thread once but the same poster can respond ad infinitum to a thread, ergo, a false lesson on your part, imo.

7. Again, your comparison is false...
what, exactly, was the lesson you were trying to "teach"? There are more Obama supporters participating at DU who recommend threads? There are more Clinton supporters who respond to threads?

Again, one poster may respond ad infinitum while the same poster can only recommend once so your statistical analysis of 2:1 vs 4:1 is based on a false analysis.

8. Good point!
Never thought of it that way before. Most of the time I can tell if it's pro-Clinton from the OP...at least the most outspoken Clinton supporters here are well known and quite prolific as posters.
