We veterans here know what this means/implies.

I've been here for years and this is, in my opinion, a flagrant foul.

I learned about them while doing research on behalf of Veterans; about Munitions manufacturers, megapharms and the relationship between these corporations and the government; especially between the megapharms and the Veterans Administration.
