Clinton's negativity isn't the problem
Her problem is that she never, ever gets away from Repub frames. Remember that Osama ad that Gephardt ran against Dean? That ad didn't just harm Dean, it helped to destroy Kerry (in the sense of helping to make the general election close enough to steal). Clinton has been doing this for two months solid, and with more than one ad, and lots of public statements saying that Republicans are always right, Democrats are always wrong, but that she'll be more competent than the Repubs. All her campaigning is against her own general election campaign, should she beat the odds and actually become the nominee.

1. Sorry to disagree. Kerry beat Kerry, ran an anemic campaign, did NOT campaign in the
rural areas.

Repubs frame Sen Clinton....because they can. Sen. Clinton's actions and attitudes provide the fodder, and has for many many years.

i.e. Taking fire in Bosnia.

3. Part of the problem was this "reporting for duty" crap
The very notion that being 'commander in chief' is more important than any other aspect of being president is a Rethug frame.

6. Kerry won. Not having party infrastructure in place to prevent election theft lost him the election

9. I agree. That Kerry couldn't beat a retarded chimp speaks volumes about his campaign.
Again, I mean that in the nicest way possible, but that campaign was a trainwreck from the get-go.

11. What I am talking about here--

4. What do you call explicitly stating that McSame is more qualified to be president than Obama?
What do you call her invoking that crappy Rethug "elitist" meme? That is anti-Democrat, period. Including her.

10. The media has been keeping her campign afloat.
Any other candidate would have been laughed out of the race by the media long ago.
