Was the Abercrombie thing a big deal? |
|
I mean I didn't even notice it, but I was reading an article and it said that whoever sat people for that rally should be fired.
I was surprised because I didn't think it was a big deal. People wear clothing with all kinds of logos and lettering these days. Like I said, I didn't notice it.
What do you think?

1. didn't notice it either... |

I saw the three guys on CNN this morning, they were just young guys, excited about being on TV. One of them actually works for A&F...gets a discount on the shirts...

2. Whenever I want to know if something is a big deal... |
|
I simply ask myself, "Does this have anything to do with how candidate (insert name here) will get us out of Iraq or get us health care or is any way related to an issue of substance?" If the answer is no, then it's not a big deal.

4. Obama = Abercrombie's Trojan Horse |
|
Once he becomes president everyone will be forced to wear Abercrombie. That's even scarier than Clinton's health care mandates. :scared:

6. I thought it was silly when people started commenting on it |
|
I mean I noticed they were both wearing Abercrombie, but then they're young college students most of them dress similar. Much ado about nothing.

8. Here's a question: why would Abercrombie have its name on shirts? |
|
I mean, every male Abercrombie model I've ever seen is shirtless...

There were people at Obama speeches who wore funny hats, and other quirky things. There was that guy during the Iowa victory speech right above Obama's head that was wearing a beret and a beard.

It was just a weird thing that happened... The 3 kids might not have realized what they were doing. Even if they did, it's just a silly prank...

14. I thought it was kind of funny that these three yahoos were allowed to sit right behind him. |
|
Other than that, I didn't see anything wrong with it. A lot of kids like shirts with big logos.

My kids (16 and 17) live in these Abercrombie clothes-not to mention Hollister and American Eagle. It's a kid thing. It shows how out of touch the media is with young Americans. One of the media types-I forget who-didn't understand what Obama meant by brushing off his shoulders after the debate-clueless.

anyone still wearing the brand are just followers of a fad that ended a long time ago. I'd get your kids into different clothing.
