I won't watch any more debates |
|
They are so predictable and frustrating now. Here's what always happens:
The "moderators" will spend 30 minutes with tabloid, gotcha questions.
Then for the next 15 minutes, Hillary and Obama will have their usual hackneyed argument about the very trifling differences between their health care plans.
Hillary tries to make a joke. The joke falls flat.
Tim Russert will dredge up some old quote from someone 15 years ago to try and trap one or both of the candidates.
Frank Luntz will have a post-debate focus group of his usual cast of professional undecided voters.
Followed by endless hours of spin and analysis by the Georgetown Cocktail Party crowd.
I'd rather watch an episode of "Dr. Bob removes a gall bladder" on Discovery Health Channel.

1. Haven't watched for some time |
|
Made up my mind (Obama) and know that highlights will be shown later.
Was not surprised to hear the last one by ABC concentrated on side "issues", but was surprised and dismayed that the "debate' got huge ratings.
I have added MSM to the things I hate that are destroying our republic.
Now, I watch local news, sometimes Williams on NBC, listen to Hatrtmann, watch Keith and a bit of recorded Nightline and Charlie Rose. That is it besides Stewart and Colbert.
Am so pessimistic about this year, I surprise even myself.
