Hillary will NOT get the white guns, gays and abortion vote against McCain. |
|
Edited on Fri Apr-25-08 10:33 PM by dailykoff
She might get a few over-60 females, but as far as her GE appeal to "blue-collar white voters" who supposedly make up a key Dem constituency, it is just never, never going to happen. They will vote for McCain in a heartbeat, red state or blue. The idea that they would vote for Hillary is pure nonsense and I wonder how the media shills and mockingbirds can warble it with a straight face, but then they're used to peddling their services like cheap Tijuana hookers.
:puke:
p.s. by gays I mean gay wedge-issue voters.

The way your post reads is gays will not vote for Hillary. I am gay and adore her.

I'm guessing that either of them would get the gay vote, or most of it. On that issue it would be suicidal to vote for McCain.

7. I think he'll be an outstanding president on that issue. |

Frankly, much better than Hillary could ever hope to be. It's not that she's anti-gay, just that her first instinct whenever she's faced with a RW challenge is to capitulate.

11. Of course she won't. That's the ludicrous part about it. |
|
In many ways she's MORE liberal than Obama, but hides it better by projecting it onto him. She won't be able to project onto McCain however.

13. Yes, she's perceived as liberal on the wedge issues |
|
that push swing voters' buttons, like abortion and gay marriage, which is why McCain would demolish her in the GE. It is indeed ludicrous to think she has ANY advantage in a GE over Obama.
