I'll bet Clinton supporters kept Edwards viable in a Congressional District, probably CD-1.

12. I differs from what was projected.
It was projected that Edwards would not retain viability in CD-1 and Obama would recieve an extra delegate from that. Unfortunately for Obama, Edwards retained viability there and reduced Obama's number by one from what was projected.
