One more win - a symbolic victory.
Can Obama still carry a state within the current media and attack environment?
NC will be the test.

I think it is fair to say many Obama supports are worried about NC. I am.
My sense is the bulk of SDs will wait to come out for Obama until after another win.

Was the media frenzy about Wright after MS - his last win? I can't remember.

But if Obama can win one more fairly large state like NC or IN (and not have to wait for OR / MT), after the nonstop attacks by both the Clintons, the media, and McCain, there should be no doubt he will weather any RW swift boat attempt this Fall. He is battling three fronts now. After the nomination, it will be two (media / RW).

I hope NC pulls through for Obama! (IN will be the icing)

1. If he wins N.C. I think it's over
I think the rep. will continue to try to focus on wright and flag pins. All Obama has to do is to remind the voters what really matters and do they want 4 more years of the same. They got fooled 4 yrs ago with the swiftboaters, I don't think people will fall for that again. IMO

3. Why would it matter?
SDs won't go against the nominated candidate with the most pledged delegates. At least they shouldn't.

Obama already won 30 states out of 45.

4. It shouldn't matter - I agree. But without another win, her argument is stronger.

7. I have May 8, in the "Obama gear pool"
Let's see if I win. I went with the 8th, because I think it will take at least a day for HRC to finally concede.
