Therefore, ER could have beaten Carter, Truman, GWB and had a toss-up with Ike, JFK and Nixon and lost to LBJ and Bubba. When TR "gave her away" at her wedding, the social pages noted that the head of the bride was a head taller than the head of the head of state.
