What I would like to hear Obama say : |
|
At the present time, I think Hillary has the winning message in Indiana. "Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! Jobs!" This is the message that works throughout the Rust Belt and the industrial states. It worked in Ohio and it worked in Pennsylvania. And it will work in Indiana. These are blue-collar states.
What I would like to hear Obama say is this:
"Listen, Hillary says she did not support the NAFTA deal that her busband, Bill Clinton, signed into law. I will take her word for that. I will not portray her as guilty by association. However, when we are paying higher prices for gasoline and food, it did not happen out of the blue. It is because of political decisions...
And the biggest reason we are paying more for food and gas is the decision to go to war in Iraq. That is why we are paying almost $4 per gallon for gas. That is why food prices are going up. And the people that supported this war need to accept responsibility for the results of their decision. The people need to understand what is happening when politicians say 'Jobs! Jobs! Jobs!'. We should not let them escape responsibility..."

2. It's not going to happen since Obama |
|
approves of globalization and NAFTA. He belongs to those secret world government organizations.
Ya...ask them those questions and demand "change" as he says he will do.

It has been killing the small towns for years. Love your line about "guilty by association."

14. "I humbly and enthusistically accept this key position from President Clinton |
|
confident that we can work together to make this country a better and more secure place for all with economic and social justice and an end to the war in Iraq."
Does that sound better?

6. Hillary did cheerlead for NAFTA. There is no reason to take her word |
|
when she is lying. Would she be the kind of president who makes bad decisions and then blames other people for the results?

8. People can make that decision for themselves. |
|
Sometimes they can make it quicker if we are not so blunt. Diplomacy can reap the same rewards.
