It's still called "Morally Bankrupt"
To those who would distort the brilliant words of Rev Wright at the NAACP, words that could heal a nation. Again, you know who you are.

4. in the old days...
(you know, before the endless nightmare that our primary has become), I would have said: Or, trolling freepers...
but in the midst of this silly season, it's damn hard to tell anymore...

9. don't leave out racist. after all, for the first time since the sixties,
I've actually seen the word uppity used here against obama. Given growing up in Jim Crow, that is the first marker of an out and out racist.

6. The pathetic yet predictable thing is they don't know who they are
and therein lies the tragedy of our country.

Now, and apparently for some time yet to come. I can't quite say, "God damn America". But I will say, "God help America get her collective head out of her collective ass. Soon." And that's as near to prayer as I get.

10. Do you really buy that "left brain-right brain" crap?
In the past, right wingers have gotten into deep shit for saying stuff like that.

I'm a white guy and I'm more right brained. Obama is more left brained than many white people.

Maybe it's a legitimate subject for exploration. But it shouldn't be the fodder than will hinder the possibility of electing the First Black President.

11. Yes we are culturally different
It's cultural, not physical. Think of the slaves who helped others escape through songs. Look at the difference between Montana and Idaho. Montana was settled by Irish Catholics in Butte, primarily; Idaho by Mormons. They have different cultures to this day. Why would you think African American culture wouldn't carry through the generations? Different, not deficient.

13. Yes he was
He talked about the verbal subject-oriented culture of Africa, and the object oriented culture of Europeans. You heard hate because you wanted to.
