Clinton's campaign sent out e-mail saying Obama is a Muslim - link?

Does anyone have a link with information about Hillary's campaign sending that e-mail out (this was a couple months back)? Did she or someone from her campaign apologize or denounce the e-mail?

Additional and slightly related info; a friend of mine called her campaign and asked them to stop the misinformation about Obama being a muslim and the person who answered the phone said "But he IS a muslim". This is her National Campaign HQ spreading the lies.
