The key in attacking McCain will be to show him both ripping the Religious Right

and also praising them. We can't just try to align him with Pat Robertson and Rev. Hagee or we will light a fire under the Religious right and they will put him in the Whitehouse just like Bush. If we can expose him as a flip flopping, wishy washy, liar who in reality probably hates the Religious Right, then they will stay home but also the moderates will wonder why he was praising the religious right and question who the fuck he is.

Seriously, his whole appeal is that he is supposedly honest, has integrity, tells it like it is, etc. All the Dems have to do is show a bunch of these McCain vs. McCain clips, a la the Daily Show (and there are many), and his central selling point will crumble.
