1. It's hilarious when white folks pretend to not be aware of the "black rules"...
... It's one nice form of racism-denial. Everybody in America knows that any black person is responsible for anything said or done by any black person anywhere.

It's just how America is, despite the feigned ignorance by the very group that reinforces it.

23. Yet when a black person does something admirable, the response is "Well, isn't HE something?!"
"He's so REMARKABLE!"

... It takes 10 "atta boys" to make up for one "aw shit", after all.

16. Hagee has endorsed McCain...and he accepted it happily.
The man has said(among MANY other outrgeous things) that Hurricane Katrina was God's judgement on New Orleans for having a Gay pride parade! The media seem to be just fine with McCain's close association with this lunatic. Nothing Wright has said comes anywhere NEAR that man's disgusting statements.

17. McCain has described him and Parsely both as "spiritual advisors"
Edited on Mon Apr-28-08 01:45 PM by newmajority
Parsely is a Dominionist Nazi who literally believes that the world must be forced into a theocracy in order to bring back Jesus Christ. Hillary's prayer group "The Fellowship" are also domionists, by the way.

Hagee is a Zionist Extremist whose vision of Israel goes way beyond even the Likudists in Israel. He believes that Israel's borders must literally be the Nile and Euphrates rivers before Christ can return.

These are the people advising John "100 years of war" McCain, and as I said, similar people are advising Hillary Clinton.

Give me a thousand Jeremiah Wrights over any one of those freak Nazis anytime.

8. Those in power always sterotype everyone they see as inferior
it's done to maintain their power.

When I worked in the prison system I cringed anytime a women screwed up, and sometime screwed was the only word to use, in any of the institutions. I knew it had nothing to do with me but that a minority of officers would openly hold it as proof that all women shouldn't be working their and the quiet majority would say nothing - there by reinforcing the lies.

9. Association and judgment
Simple as that. Oh-BAH-ma! is not responsible for Wright's verbal foolhardiness, but it reflects very clearly on the judgment of Oh-BAH_ma! and the sorts of people he associates with and chooses to hitch his wagon to - people such as Wright and his claims of the government being behind 9/11 and the AIDS virus and Ayers who is a domestic terrorist and Resko who is a first class slime ball and slum lord. Who else is out there?

Judgment and personal accountability. Its important to some people. Like me.

I'll be slammed for being a racist, no doubt.....*sigh*

26. The Chant
His followers just have to chant his name over and over again - Oh-BAH-ma! - and all will be well.

Haven't you seen the video? He can be (and in my view, is) devoid of substance and not have any plan for anything (what is his plan for ending the war? His main military adviser - McPeak - agrees with McCain that we'll be there for 100 years, for Christ's sake!), yet all his followers have to do is chant "Oh-BAH-ma!" over and over again and voila! Instant karma.

Its the verbal equivalence of drinking the koolaid.

Come on now! Say it with me! "Oh-BAH-ma!"

There. You won't feel a thing.

and if Rev. Wright says it Obama thinks it. He is not an independent man. He is but a robot to the black monolithic.

What other reason could there be?

28. That was something I learned growing up
1) blacks are a monolith. They all think and act alike.
2) they all know each other. I remember my dad asking a black guy once "I met a negro in Chicago, I think his name was Bob. Do you know him?" I wish that wasn't true but he really did.
Seems like the media (for some strange reason) hasn't moved past 1960 yet. Good grief
