Wright is not Obama and Obama is not Wright.
Rinse. Repeat. Please do not fall victim to The Big Lie, okay?

3. Hell, I do'nt know...
If the media is all about ratings and this shit is winning them ratings, then to quote Dr. Evil -- I'm surrounded by frickin' idiots.

Let's just hope that the lowest common denominator who actually tunes in and believes this junk are the kind who forget to vote.

20. Trust me...they have an agenda beyond ratings
These news operations bleed money....they do not make a profit. What they get for their efforts is not ratings, but the power to control what people think about the happenings of the world and what happenings are worth talking about.

It makes them billions in other areas (oil, weapons, precription drugs, etc.).

2. Even your candidate says it's an issue....get back in line, or you may be turned into
a pillar of salt!

4. Wright is not the issue. The media spin IS.
And the fact that people are falling in line like a bunch of thoughtless zombies is.

5. Unfortunately, the "spin" is all most GE voters will get.
THAT, my progressive friend, IS the issue.

6. Then it is my duty to fight against the lies.
Not fall in line behind them and become another voice in the echo chamber. This is such bullshit... No matter which candidate one supports, the Goebbels-like games played by our M$M have become more apparent than ever.

7. Good luck with that, really.
But to PRETEND that Wright will not be a MAJOR issue in the GE is unproductive and naive.

8. Exactly.
I don't consider Wright to actually be all that important to me. However, there are a lot of voters in the G.E. that aren't going to see it that way.

That said, I'm somewhat irritated about the bitter remark because he apparently has no idea what people from the midwest are like.

10. I sense a SNEER in that "progressive friend" part
HRC, the GEEZER candidate, purveyor of the OLD POLITICS, of
CYNICISM, of RepugLite.

Yes, the spin IS everything in HiLIARyland ... not truth,
not REAL issues, but whose pastor said what. Never mind
that a CANDIDATE HERSELF was pushing an exaggerrated story
of her "wartime bravery" -- we need to focus on what Obama's
MINISTER said.

Sickening, absolutely sickening. Her campaign is a cesspool
of filthy distraction.

13. ELITIST.
You know so much more and are so much wiser than the hard-working little people. You and I can see through the BS spin, but they are so feeble minded they cannot?

15. I think that it's run it's course.
And, I think the negative impact of guilt by association, without even a crime, has mostly done the damage it could do, already.

I don't really think you're an elitist.

16. I didn't think you did, I, however, am of the mind
that The"wright" issue has not reached its peak, and could prove to be damaging in the GE up and down the ticket. Given that, I HOPE i am wrong. Hell, I agree with most of the Reverends statements, but I am far from "middle american".

It is always a welcome chat with you.:toast:

19. It's certainly an issue for Hillary, who is pushing the story hard to superdelegates
She is a racist Arkansas pig, a good ol' boy, a WalMart executive, a Wellesley College Young Republicans President, and somebody who has no idea how much of their credibility they've lost in this campaign. Or maybe she does know, and simply doesn't care as long as she gets that ultimate prize. It will be an epic conciliation speech when she doesn't get it, cherished by the majority of us who detest her disgusting ways.

17. Well look at the bright side of all of this. Barack has another chance to show everyone
how he handles the shitstorms that erupt. He's proven to be good at dealing with them in the past.
