Obama supporters don't worry: His nomination will not be derailed |
|
Rev. Wright is not Obama and Obama is not responsible for what a private citizen does or says and frankly much of what he has said makes sense. Don't let the media bastards or some crazy Hillary supporters get you down.
Obama will be the nominee. He will win North Carolina by a larger margin than Hillary took PA. He will do well in Indiana and he will net one week from tomorrow more delegates than Hillary netted with her win in Pennsylvania (10).
The Super Delegates keep coming too--Sen. Bingham from NM today, Governor Henry of OK last week and more to come this week!
Barack Obama will be the Democratic nominee in 2008 and will be the next president of the USA.

The Clinton camp is spinning big time, but it won't make any difference. Hillary is not going to win. She will go down fighting tooth and nail, and may destroy the party in the long run, but she won't win.

I think some folks are panicking because he is getting so damn close to "sealing the deal."
Superstition?
Not sure, but I remain faithfully very optimistic that Obama will be our nominee.
Thanks for a positive post WI_DEM!:hi:

For that post. I really needed to hear a bit of encouragement today. This campaign has gotten so ugly! Glad to know there are people out there who will not back down from Obama!

sorry, but it's getting to the point I am having my doubts about his campaign.
He has FAILED to control any news cycles.

A lot of O supporters could take a lesson from the candidate on maintaining one's cool. I think it's got a lot to do with these long lulls between primaries.
This 'controversy' will be done in a couple of days, when everyone realizes that there's still no 'there' there.

|
Edited on Mon Apr-28-08 05:36 PM by 4themind
obama needs to either have a plan to counter this, or he needs to hope that America stops caring, and call me elitist but, I don't have the greatest of confidence in their ability not to be persuaded by the MSM , unless obama puts a strong counter attack. The problem is when he's counter attacking, its less time going after McCain and Clinton. People are asking them about WRIGHT, rather than asking those candidates about their own failed polices, there are some dangers in letting that continue, but lets see. That said,I've been behind him since he announced his Senate Candidacy, and I'm not leaving now.

organize tomorrow, since it's too late and bombard MSNBC with calls to stop this lynching. It's sickening, they are turning Wright into a man all American's should fear.

this notion that Wright is taking him down, it's over, Hillary should be the nominee because she doesn't have a Pastor of a black church in her closet. The super-d's will act as The Supreme Court did in 2000 and take it away from the guy who won.
I have to go breath now.

Worst case, Obama doesn't win Indiana, and the nomination goes on for another couple weeks.
But he will get the nomination. Even this clusterfuck doesn't approach the "Obama eats a baby" threshold, so Hillary's still got that math problem.
Let the Shrilltards shriek. They'll still lose.
