Hillary's relationship with Huma Abedin is getting some respectable attention:
If Obama's relationship with his pastor is considered a suitable subject for GDP speculation, as I believe it is, shouldn't Hillary's relationship with "mystery woman" Huma Abedin also be suitable? Apparently the press thinks so. For example, here's a perfectly respectable article in a perfectly respectable publication about Huma:

Hillary’s Mystery Woman: Who Is Huma?
Senator Clinton’s closest aide, Ms. Abedin never sweats; Oscar de la Renta wants to dress her
by Spencer Morgan
The New York Observer
April 1, 2007

On a day-to-day basis, Ms. Abedin is responsible for guiding the Senator from one chaotic event to the next and ensuring that the many hundreds of situations that arise at each—the photo ops, the handshakes, the speeches—go smoothly. The job of “body person”—industry-speak for the catchall role of an omnipresent traveling assistant—is a notoriously grueling one, requiring unfaltering level-headedness and a zeal for multitasking. These folks are constantly on the move, juggling 20 different chores, and they consequently often appear slightly disheveled (or even sweaty).

By most quantifiable measures, Ms. Abedin has the most challenging of those gigs. In the last 10 days, she has accompanied Mrs. Clinton to more than 20 events, involving nine plane flights and several trains. At each stop, they were mobbed.

“I think she has special powers,” said public-radio broadcaster Katia Dunn, who recently crossed paths with Ms. Abedin and Mrs. Clinton at a café on Capitol Hill.

Ms. Dunn explained that she had heard about the “cult of Huma,” but had never met her. “All of a sudden, I turn around and there was this woman I now know to be Huma. And it wasn’t just that she was gorgeous—she did just sort of have this presence. She stopped me in my tracks for a second.”

1. The Clinton supporters loving the way the MSM is using Wright to get Obama...
Edited on Mon Apr-28-08 08:16 PM by DJ13
........should understand that the same MSM is holding off on this sordid issue until Hillary is the nominee.

Then their favorite Obama bashers in the MSM will turn on Hillary.

And before some clinton supporter says theres nothing to worry about they need to understand that the MSM doesnt care about telling the truth, so eveyone, everything, truth or flat out lie, is fair game since they got away with it in damaging Obama.

The time to speak out against this MSM tactic is now, 'cause your candidate might be next.

2. "Hillary’s secret weapon”
“No one knows anything about her,” said one political aide. “She’s like Hillary’s secret weapon.”

In point of fact, many people from countless different corridors across the globe know something of Huma Abedin. But apparently she has a rare knack for letting people in without really letting them in.

She sounds like a wonderful person and a real asset to Hillary's campaign.

credibility, you think being a paid staff member is the important distinction?

So if Obama's doing lines and having homosexual liaisons with other men, as long as they're not staff members it's not worthy of discussion?

The fact is, both attacks are bullshit, and only a dick would spread them here.

Why did you post this thread and compare it to Wright? Either Senator Clinton has a very attractive "mysterious" assistant (which isn't newsworthy and certainly can't be compared to Wright) or you're implying that there is something scandalous here like some sort of sexual relationship.

Robert Barnett, the Clintons’ longtime attorney, said that in 11 years of knowing her, he has never seen her wear the same outfit twice. He also said he holds Ms. Abedin’s intellect in the highest regard. “She has extremely good instincts and extremely good judgment,” he said. “She is also gorgeous and the most terrifically dressed young woman you will ever encounter.”

Staffers who live in DC don't usually make that kind of money. It's appropriate to ask where a staffer who is addicted to many new and fine clothes gets the money to buy such clothes. Is it from some of Hillary's money backers?

45. I don't know when she would have time.
Every time I see Hillary, I see her a few steps away, or less. As the staffer, she's always at Hillary's side and clearly has her back. That kind of loyalty is rare, but a real asset to a politician. I just don't think she has time to be sewing, and doubt that is where she gets her clothes. More than likely, someone is buying them for her, if they're many in number, and fine clothes, as one of the Clinton supporters said.

28. Carville: ‘Hoh my God!’
“Have you seen Huma?” asked James Carville, the former advisor to President Clinton. “Her appearance is just like, ‘Hoh my God!’ She takes your breath away. She’s an unbelievably, stunningly gorgeous woman. Nobody in that position can be that good-looking; it just doesn’t happen.” He added that she is also “damn smart.”

Ms. Abedin is 5-foot-6 but invariably wears high heels—even to the multitude of parades she is obliged to walk in. She has full lips and long auburn hair, always worn down. And, despite a penchant for cheeseburgers and a schedule that doesn’t allow much time for Equinox, she is fashionably trim.

44. Pakistani and Indian by way of Saudi Arabia.
She sounds very bright:

The Huma Story

The back story, as it were, begins 32 years ago in Kalamazoo, Mich., where Ms. Abedin, who declined to participate in this article, lived until the age of 2. Her family then relocated to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she lived until returning to the States for college. She attended George Washington University. Her father, who died when she was 17, was an Islamic and Middle Eastern scholar of Indian decent. He founded his own institute devoted to Western-Eastern and interfaith understanding and reconciliation and published a journal focusing on Muslim minorities living in the diaspora. Her mother, a renowned professor in Saudi Arabia, is Pakistani.

Ms. Abedin recently bought an apartment in the vicinity of 12th and U streets in Washington, D.C. When she comes to New York, she stays with her sister, who has an apartment in Manhattan—not, as one popular rumor has it, in Chappaqua with the Clintons. She has no children and has never been married. She’s single.

Ms. Abedin began working for Mrs. Clinton as an intern for the then First Lady in 1996. She was hired as a staff assistant to the First Lady’s chief of staff, Maggie Williams. For several years, she was the backup to Mrs. Clinton’s permanent personal aide, Allison Stein, and she officially took over as Mrs. Clinton’s aide and advisor around the time of the 2000 Senate race.

Her Presidential campaign title is “traveling chief of staff.”

58. I'll say it: Hillary can't win if accused of having an adulterous lebian affair with a Muslim woman
Edited on Tue Apr-29-08 09:21 AM by HamdenRice
This article is tame. Google "Hillary Huma lesbian", and you get what? 28,000 hits? Just take a look at what they say.

The speculation is out there, and the fact that Bill and Hillary have a relationship that is bizarre to most married middle Americans, makes it plausible even if false. The fact that Huma allegedly answers Hillary's phone calls, no matter what hour of the day or night, adds fuel to the speculative fire that at minimum they share living quarters.

The abject stupidity of the progressive blogosphere in responding to the rumors by saying, in effect, if it's true, so what? it only shows Hillary has good taste in partners, shows that they don't understand the middle American swing voters.

Hillary cannot win if after getting the nomination she is accused of having an adulterous, lesbian relationship with the daughter of a prominent Islamic scholar.

It doesn't matter if it's not true. Kerry wasn't a coward in Vietnam and Al Gore never said he invented the internet.

The foundation has been laid by the right wing smear machine through among other things, tens of thousands of web posts, and ultimately, Hillary will only be able to say: "I did not have sex with that woman, Human Abedin."

At that point, endgame.

65. Ok, why do we think Hillary is having a sexual relationship with this woman again?
Because hanging around someone a lot doesn't mean a thing.

I don't get it.

68. Bill Clinton said so
according to Gennifer Flowers (Bill's ex-mistress) a while back. If I remember correctly, Gennifer Flowers claimed that Bill Clinton told her that Hillary has eaten more ***** than he has.

Gennifer Flowers book Passion and Betrayal confirmed this:
It is common knowledge that Hillary is bi-sexual. According to Bill’s long-time ex-girlfriend Gennifer Flowers, Hillary enjoyed performing oral sex on other women. On p.41 of Flowers’ autobiography "Gennifer Flowers: Passion and Betrayal", Gennifer asked Bill if there was any truth to the rumor that Hillary was having an affair with another woman. Bill laughed and said (referring to Hillary): "Honey - she’s probably eaten more p—y than I have.

69. Very, very interesting timing of Flowers new book
Edited on Tue Apr-29-08 10:13 AM by HamdenRice
Supposedly she has a book scheduled for OCTOBER that has new sexual revelations about the Clintons.

Note that she can't have anything new to say about Bill. Why would the book be scheduled for OCTOBER unless it has something to say about Hillary?

When Obama seemed to have a lock a few weeks ago, Flowers started making noises about releasing the book early. Why? Because if Obama locks up the nod, then Flower's book has no value. When Hillary bounced back, Flowers disappeared again.

Flowers clearly has some new dirt or alleged dirt or rumor dirt on the Clintons that is scheduled to come out in OCTOBER.

Considering she is one of the few people willing to go on record saying Hillary is a lesbian, I wonder what that OCTOBER revelation could be?

72. Sorry, I tried to censor it
but wanted to still report the facts. I hope you're not offended. I thought about not posting it, but decided to post it since it answered your question.

81. that depends on what the meaning of the word 'is'
is. Plus Gennifer Flowers turned out to be more credible than Slick Willie. He denied the affair and then she had that news conference with the secret tape recordings.

82. Monica had to keep the dress.
Linda Tripp had to keep her recordings.

If you want to call Bill Clinton out on anything, you need evidence because he will lie until the cows come home.
