The endorsement means Obama will have the backing of both of Kentucky's Democratic congressmen leading into the state's May 20 presidential primary.

Superdelegate count (Total Delegates pledged + SD): Clinton - 258 (1594); Obama - 238 (1728).
Clinton held a Superdelegate lead of 97 as of Feb. 10, 2008.

Edit: correct delegate totals, each had +1.

1. This is why Obama will weather this and any other storm. Old school scandals just doesn't effect new
style politics.

9. I don't know if it a new "style" per se
I don't mean to nitpick. I absolutely agree with your point. It is unbelievable, remarkable, extraordinary that with a "big win" in PA and all this regurgitation of the Rev. Wright story, Clinton has gained an inch on Obama -- actually lost some ground on SDs and the national polling.

I think it is much more than "style", and I'm probably reading way too much into your choice of words. I'd say it indicates a very solid resolve on the part of MILLIONS of people who intuitively understand the nation is at a crucial turning point, and the only candidate who can take us in a safe course is Obama.

It is the moment that America is waking up from a very bad dream. He is the right person in the right place at the right time.

If that alignment holds, this may be the election cycle where swiftboating blows up in the faces of the fascists and the vast media empire they control.

So I say, bring on more Rev. Wright. Americans are starting to see that for what it is. Let's see more of that so that everybody understands exactly what is happening.
