N.C. Governor Endorses Clinton

RALEIGH, N.C. – Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton concluded a three-day campaign swing through North Carolina with a powerful endorsement: the governor of the state, Mike Easley.
Mr. Easley made his endorsement official this morning at a joint appearance with Mrs. Clinton at North Carolina State University, with his wife, Mary, at his side.

“I am having a ball today,” Mr. Easley said. “There’s nothing I love more than a strong powerful woman.”
