Poll question: Hillary vs Barack Poll
Edited on Wed Apr-30-08 12:57 AM by meniscus420
I just opened this account and donated to DU, so I thought I'd try the poll option. Here goes: I like Hillary and Barack, but for economic reasons as well as what I perceive to be more (and more diverse) experience, I am for Hillary. How about you guys?

3. Great poll.

Shows how many people would choose an option based on bashing a candidate over an option which promotes their own.

4. I'm for Barack...
and when I take the constant bickering on DU, sleazy campaign tactics, "Pastorbating*" and idiotic pandering with the gas tax out of the equation, I like hillary too, at least, more than I like McCain....

8. Yeah I feel like they're all over Hillary all the time.
I also hated her campaign manager and thought he really messed up her chances. I'm glad Mark Penn is finis! Anyhow I don't agree with the gas holiday on fiscal responsibility terms, but I'll damn sure be glad to get it back. But my opinion is that once the tax dollars start rolling in, the price of gas will subside. The Us should just piggyback its currency on the Euro for a while in the meantime. Simple economics states that if the Dollar is falling, buy foreign currency (short sell). It doesn't take a genius to do this, just a bit of knowledge, and with that and the clinton 90s as proof, I trust her judgment that this tax holiday is something we could handle. The trick is regulating the gas industry, and you know she can't wait to get the pencil to the paper on payback for the last 7 years. She said so herself :) Anyhow Barack is a democrat and like I said, it doesn't take a genius to figure out what to do, just someone unselfish in their policy. On that basis, he's great as well. So, I'll be supporting her unless he gets the nomination.

I didn't like Kerry but I voted for him. I'm just saying they're not necessarily haters

11. Damn... The anti-Hillary people outnumber the anti-Barack 9-to-1...
Not saying it's not a skewed poll, but that's gotta say something.

12. Are you in the upper ten percent?
And worried that Obama will raise your FICA? Those are the only people she's planning to help.

13. anti-Hillary because she wants WWIII with Iran
Between her Kyl-Lieberman vote to her magic military umbrella for the Middle East to her 'obliteration', I can't in good conscience vote for Hillary. I'll be writing in Ron Paul if Hillary is the nominee. At least Paul will bring home our troops in Iraq without starting a war with Iran.

14. I've never liked Hillary.
All this primary has done is re-enforce my dislike and prove my point. She has always been my last choice.
