I think Morning Joe might be as big an asshole as Rush Limbaugh & dangerous in his own rite
Why do I say that? I say that because most Democrats and Liberals don't listen to Limbaugh, but many of us watch a portion of The Morning Joe Show, and many of us believe half the shit that comes out of this conniving fucker's mouth. While everyone knows that Limbaugh is all about dividing the country with his hatred, far too few people realize that Morning Joe is all about dividing Democrats and creating hatred among us. He's nothing but an instigator who keeps fueling the flames of hatred by jumping sides from one candidate to the next, from week to week, all the time trying his best to get Clinton people hating Obama people and Obama people hating Clinton people. Morning Joe is very good at pulling the wool over our eyes.

You see, no matter which of our candidates Morning Blow is sticking up for, he HATES what Democrats stand for. Don't ever forget that.

I've said it many times and I'll say it again...Morning Blow is for which ever of our candidates is behind in the momentum. Early in the game when Hillary was way ahead, Morning Fuck was painting the Clintons as the biggest assholes on Earth. When Obama gained the momentum, Morning Asshole all of a sudden became a big Clinton fan. Now that Obama is having some troubles, I guarantee you that Morning Suck will be in Obama's corner over the course of the next little while until Obama re-gains the momentum, if he does. In his conniving little way, he always paints one of our candidates as being weaker than the other. Has he ever done this with McCain?

Morning Joe is a Neocon, period. He's a lying scheming con artist who is nothing like any of us, except for the trolls. Like all good Neocons, he is doing everything in his power to keep this Democratic primary going on forever so he can continue trying to divide Democrats with his scheming obvious ways. That's why he roots for whichever candidate of ours happens to be faltering at the time.

Morning Joe lies all the time and he gets away with it because of the flippant style of his show. For example, he lies about what Reverend Wright said in his speech the other day in DC. Wright said that Farrakhan was one of the important Black voices of our time. Morning Liar keeps insisting that Wright said in his speech that Farrakhan is one of the greatest people of our time. I'd love it if Reverend Wright came on Morning Liar's show and gave him a dose of reality, Reverend Wright style.

Morning Joe is a rumor starter. For example, he says that everyone he talks to says this and that about someone, but he never mentions who these people are that tell him these things. He is probably responsible for half the rumors floating around about one Democrat or the other. For example, I take great exception whenever Morning Joe implies that Bill Clinton is going senile, without actually using the word "senile". Morning Joe says how everyone he talks to says Bill Clinton is such a changed man in a really negative way, but he never says who "everyone" is.

Oh, and BTW, the Morning Suck Show is one of the most sexist shows in the Universe. Morning Blow is ALWAYS interrupting poor defenseless little Mika in the rudest of ways. He rarely treats any males on his show with the same contempt that he does Mika. I have little respect right now for Mika, either, because it's her role on that show to make women appear to be the lesser sex, and she plays along for the money. Hopefully, she'll wake up one day and explode at her dominant male companion on that show and walk off, but I think right now the money is getting the best of her, so she goes along with this "males are dominant" role that they have choreographed for her.

I guess I don't trust Morning Joe's sincerity AT ALL when he acts like he's pulling for one of our candidates. Fuck him, Limbaugh, and Rove. They're all on the same team, miserable assholes that they all are.

Do I watch his show before getting to work? Yeah, I watch portions of it because it's interesting in a "soap box" kind of way. Could I be entirely wrong about Morning Joe? Yes I could be. Do I trust that dork one iota? Hell no.

How or why should he change when you are tuning in?

BTW, I agree with you about him.

21. It is almost directly out of the movies ...
the way he treats women, and getting away with the intern thing ... Just like 100 different characters in movies ...

the jackoff cop in Ohio who killed his two wifes and they haven't done anything with him yet, acts the same way ...

He probably was a big jaggoff to begin with, but he REEKS of someone who, literally, got away with murder ...

It never stops, the depths of how far things have fallen, but that someone who did what he did is where he is now, and has the level of "respect" he has ...

Just sad ...

7. I've been consistent about this all along, no matter who he defends. BTW...
I watched about 5 minutes of his show today and I didn't see him defending Obama, so you can throw your little theory out the window. In the part I saw, he was lying about Reverend Wright.

12. I watch portions of it too but Joe is a Republican ass and does not influence me.
There are bright spots on the show and I enjoy some of his guests (like Eugene Robinson). I know exactly what the man is all about and he doesn't influence my core political beliefs or my judgement on the candidates.

It's entertainment, that's all. :hi:

14. I enjoy Morning Joe..
Not especially for Joe but for Mika and the large number of guests that he has on the show, some of which I agree with and some which I don't. I think he has don't a good job at preserving MSNBC's morning slot after the Don Imus debacle. Joe is a talker. That's what they were looking for. And he and Mika have a good chemistry for that "type" of show. He has been a big promoter of Hillary and I'm sure Hillary appreciates all he has done for her?

20. He uses Repug Talking points. How did he get that job with no experience?
Edited on Wed Apr-30-08 09:43 AM by KoKo01
That's always been my question about him. No broadcast/TV experience ...yet he get's that job on MSNBC soon after dead intern, divorce when he "decides" not to run for the US House again.

When he and Mika replaced Imus I had hopes GE/MSNBC was going to try to go for some balance. But, who didn't have questions about Mika considering her father is one of the Powers that Be in DC and Foreign Affairs? Yet she's turned out cast to assume the role of the repressed female who has to "play" to her dominant "hubby" (the role Joe is playing on the show) and lately she's become very snarky in her tone when she interviews Dems. I think it's "entertainment" that's mean to convey the RNC Talking Points daily. The rest that "seems" bi-partisan is what you say "MtSnake."

What else is there to watch early in the a.m.? Many folks watch it and many more of us start our day off badly because we are political junkies and can't turn the damned thing off even if we see it for the propaganda and manipulation it is. :-(

K&R!

"..because we are political junkies and can't turn the damned thing off even if we see it for the propaganda and manipulation it is. :-( "
========================

I think that is basically the truth. However, we can turn over to 379 and watch the old racist, Imus? I wonder how many folks are watching Imus now? Mostly we watch Morning Joe because we are political junkies, just as you say. However, once it gets too burdensome, we will turn it off, just like we did with Imus.

And I too have sent emails because of the way he talks to Rachel and Mika. He is very low par and is an ex-Congressman who needs to be pulled from the show and replaced!

I just sent the show an email about this from the following site:

24. Mtn, you are right on target. Especially agree that he is more dangerous
to the dems than Limbaugh because as you say we don't bother with Limbaugh, only his cult listeners who don't want to hear anything else other than what comes out of Limbaugh's mouth. On the other hand, MSNBC, CNN, etc are supposedly non-biased cable networks but Scarborough is by no means unbiased. He constantly in a more intelligent fashion than Limbaugh stealth attacks dems and both barack and clinton every day and as you say Mika has somehow turned into nothing more than a clone of Sean Hannity's supposedly counterpart. The show now has Tucker on it along with Willie and we all know what they are.

I have finally turned away from watching it at all other than when channel surfing if I am home.

The only ones I ever cared for were Jackie for the weather and Erin for the stock market news.

Recommend.

Whenever he's making believe he's pulling for one of our candidates, he always does it at the expense of the other one, who he tries to make look weak.

It's a shame that our candidates are "forced" to go on shows like his just to keep up with everyone else. They both know what a crock of shit it is, but they have to play along because they know how many people are watching and how those viewers are influenced by his show.

He constantly in a more intelligent fashion than Limbaugh stealth attacks dems and both barack and clinton every day

"stealth attacks"....perfect!

on edit: Did you happen to see when Joe was on the Bill Maher show a while back? He was probably the least capable of any other conservative guest that Maher has ever had on his show in the past, and that's saying something. Joe was so pitiful and out of his element that I almost felt sorry for the jerk.

29. Mt, no, never saw him on Bill Maher who I usually watch as one of my
favorites but would have loved to see him get set on his ass. However, I have seen Rachael Maddow almost every time when they are on a panel together kick his ass up, down, sideways, every which way you can imagine and you can see him get so dam pissed but I don't feel sorry for him as it is great entertainment to me to see it happen.

This media business is something I hope and wish the dems would address. Anyway, I think it is important.

31. EV_Ares, it wasn't even that Joe got set on his ass. He just couldn't contribute
like the other guests could. He was so pathetic that Maher took pity on him. Joe was also very "careful" not to get himself in trouble and he shied away from saying anything that might get him pummeled by Maher or the other guests.
