Iowa Rep. Bruce Braley , Superdelegate endorses Obama - ABC: More SD's to come today!
Edited on Wed Apr-30-08 08:35 AM by powergirl
Yes, that is plural - not one super delegate - but more than one. Sorry the source is Stephanopoulos!! But sweet, nonetheless!!!

Spokeswoman says he made his choice based on the will of his constituency. Braley is a former Edwards supporter.

Washington ace George Stephanopoulos says the campaign will announce more superdelegates– plural– on Wednesday to “try to get back on track” after the Wright affair.

Also says the Clinton team feels renewed confidence about the nomination, though they recognize they must win Indiana and come close in North Carolina.

Politico: Most Capitol Hill supers have made up their minds.

And there is more . . .

"the first to announce is Iowa Rep. Bruce Braley who was, a million years ago, a key Edwards backer."

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

5. Hillary will have to get at least 60% of the vote to "get close," Gorgeous George
Edited on Wed Apr-30-08 08:36 AM by rocknation
Not just in NC, KY, and WV, but in ALL the remaining contests. Obama can get 40% of the vote from here on in and still come out ahead.

14. Claire McCaskill, when asked which way SD's were leaning: "James Brown would say, 'I Feel Good.'"
Obama currently holds an 18-13 lead among committed superdelegates in the Senate, while Clinton holds a 77-74 lead in the House. Asked which way the committed-but-unannounced superdelegates are leaning, McCaskill — who has endorsed Obama — said: “James Brown would say, ‘I Feel Good.’”
