O'Reilly and Rove have lots of "stupid questions" to ask of Hillary
http://thinkprogress.org/2008/04/29/rove-clinton-oreilly/

Tomorrow, Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) will be a guest on Fox News’s The O’Reilly Factor, a venue that the Washington Post’s Howie Kurtz writes “might not seem the most hospitable environment” for the senator, considering Bill O’Reilly’s frequent criticisms of the Clintons.

In preparation for this segment, O’Reilly tonight asked Karl Rove for what he should ask her. Rove, not surprisingly, told O’Reilly that he should pit Clinton against Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) and ask: “Why did you let Sen. Obama begin his campaign and make a central element his desire for bipartisanship and remain silent about your efforts at bipartisanship?”

O’Reilly, however, said that even that question was “way too smart for me”:

That question is way too smart for me. I have stupid questions, but they’re fun. You’re going to watch, right?

Filmclip:

Transcript:

ROVE: Well, I’d first ask her — I’d say look, whether people agree with you or not, when you went to the United States Senate you made a deliberate effort to reach out across party lines and work with Republicans particularly in the Armed Services Committee where you served.

Why did you let Sen. Obama begin his campaign and make a central element his desire for bipartisanship and remain silent about your efforts at bipartisanship? It’s been one of the mysteries of this campaign.

O’REILLY: That question is way too smart for me. I have stupid questions, but they’re fun. You’re going to watch, right?

If Hillary gets the nomination, he'll do a 180 on her in a heartbeat.

7. lol...Rove is so transparent.
His "advice" article to Obama in Newsweek included digs on the bipartisanship thing.
" Your lack of achievements underscores your core themes. It's powerful when you say America is not "Red states or Blue states, but the United States." The problem is, you don't have a long Senate record of working across party lines"

If McCain is president next year...can Democrats at least make a concerted effort to take this asshole down?

10. Edwards has been on Fox a few times
I love Edwards but he did go on in 2004 and Fox was no better back then. Who does Fox attack more often, I would say that Obama went on to defend himself and Hillary is going on to attack Obama.

11. During his 2008 campaign he snubbed them and was first to turn down their debate.
No Democrat should talk to or appear on Fox.

14. And we'll never know how Obama would have voted on Iraq if he had been Senator...
...and how Hillary would have voted if she knew then what she knows now.

See. I can ask strawman questions too.

to do so.
