The "Register for a Day" incident was the result of a single Obama volunteer, who resigned shortly thereafter. Very few fliers were actually handed out and most people saw the flier only after it was publicized by Taylor Marsh.

The Nevada caucus lawsuit on the other hand, was a coordinated attack to try to negate the Culinary Workers endorsement of Obama. High-ranking Clinton supporters were involved with it from top-to-bottom. Bill Clinton, furthermore, voiced his support for the lawsuit on television.

I hope that you can recognize the differences in campaign culpability there.
