Reverend Wright has brainwashed Obama into killing your children

This is what the whole Wright issue boils down to. Do you believe this statement or not.

Somehow Reverend Wrights statements and whether Obama heard them is an indication of what kind of job Obama can do as President.

Somehow Reverend Wright will influence Obama's views on Iraq, Healthcare, Taxes, Environment, foreign relations, etc...

I am supposed to believe that because Wright said "God damn America" or Obama may or may not have heard him say that, then it must mean that Obama is lying about wanting to end the war in Iraq, Obama will send off all our jobs overseas and Obama will do nothing about healthcare (despite his history in IL of opposing the war and fighting for civil rights, the poor, for healthcare).

Maybe I am slow, but I do not see the correlation between Reverend Wright and Obama's ability to understand how the Iraq war is wrong for America or to see how fucked up the economy is.

Can someone explain to me how the Reverend Wright issue tells you that Obama is the next Dick Cheney or George Bush? I do not want to make a mistake because who knows, maybe Reverend Wright will tell Obama to round up all the women and children and give them AIDS or something else evil.
