As it is, Cheney is probably on his way out. I mean, seen any Bush/Cheney 04 signs or bumper stickers out there? I sure as hell haven't. Seen Cheney on any of the Bush ads? I haven't.
He's already toast. Now if we had a tape of BUSH ordering it, and any Bush would do, that would do some good.

It would be so importatant it would be irresponsible to delay it for political purposes.
However, if there were I time I'd find it most interesting for it to be discovered, I think it would be during the Republican convention. Just imagine, catching the flip-flop of an entire political party!
