2. Zell by far
after all Zell is an elected democrat who has taken money from people to elect him as a democrat to the senate and he has betrayed them.

3. My thoughts exactly. He had the trust of the democratic voters of GA
and has turned his back on them. He took the money and ran.

4. Zell was once a good Democrat.
Before the pod people got to him.

No matter what else one may say about Ralph, he never pretended to be a Dem.

6. Zell's worthless, Repuglican voting arse
still counted towards a Democratic majority in the Senate after Jeffords defected, and he staunchly refused to switch parties to throw it back to the GOP. That meant Democrats in committee chairmanships, folks, during a very critical period. Consider that the GOP committee chairs we have now are acutally preventing Democrats on the committees from partaking in any of the debates over the issues!

Nader is just Nader, an egomaniac who thinks he can budge the Democrats over to the left all by himself. His aim is laudable but his grip on reality is tenuous.

11. Zell stayed a Dem to get attention
If Zell switched to Republican he wouldn't be the darling of the Republican party. He's an ego maniac and will do anything for money. Proved that as Gov of GA - in terms of doing things for Good ol Boys.

But he's gotten worse, however he gets the president's attention, the attention of Talk Radio and tons of press so he can sell his Dumb A#@ books and rake in the cash.

19. That's right.
It was the pathetic campaign the democratic party foisted on Gore against his better judgement. Kind of like Kerry's thus far.

8. Nader is not a "traitor". He is largely right in what he says.
Edited on Mon Jul-12-04 12:14 PM by wurzel
The fact is after eight years of Clinton with a booming economy we got: NAFTA. Regressive welfare reform. More people without health care than when he started. Weakened unions, and a more capitalistic society. And at the end of it Bush got elected. A pretty rotten record. But I will still vote for Kerry. Can't afford not to.

No one pays attention to Zell. There are still some fools that think Nader is sane and will vote for him.

Ralph will hurt us. Zell is a bug on the windshield.

14. Traitor is used rather loosely in this thread, like the GOP does
However, one form of treason is to subvert the Constitution. Under that standard, all those that voted to suspend the Bill of Rights by supporting the PATRIOT Act are traitors.

and as pointed out above, Nader can do REAL damage.
It is Nader by far.

16. Nader, Remember that he accepts Repuke money
At least with Zell, he knows that we don't like him, he accepts that we don't like him and he doesn't expect any sympathy from any democrats.

21. Zell honestly wants Bush
That's not a traitor, that's a difference of opinion.

Nader says he doesn't want Bush, but he's helping put Bush back in office anyway. Nader knows better and doesn't care, and that's the worst kind of traitor there is.

23. If someone else was in front of the cameras
telling it the way it is on Iraq, on Israel, on Washington being corporate occupied territory, then there wouldn't be that gaping vacuum that Nader fills as the despised truth teller.

24. Nader is not a traitor. Miller was once a democrat but Nader was always a
Repuke fraud.

These days though, there is much difference between the two Repuke propagandists.
