1. yeah, I gotta hole, a whole lotta who gives a ^#(*!%$$....
Moore is his own man representing his own interests, SOME -- not all -- of which I happen to agree with.

His works stands up just fine on its own merit without any input from me, nor did he ASK me for any.

2. Who cares? Yesterday's noise. Fahrenheit 9-11 is today's
Reminds of me of the good old Vast Right Wing Conspiracy. All the old RWers claimed it didn't exist. A couple of years into Bush they started agreeing it existed but it was so "pre-9/11."

Bowling is so pre-F9/11.

3. Moore deals with much of it here
http://www.michaelmoore.com/words/wackoattacko/index.php

though Moore's response is not crafted specifically to this wacko's charges.

4. Just another attempt to try to badmouth Moore from a homemade website
The book is real, but it's another right-wing shrill in the lines of Coulter, Hannity, Ingram, etc. It's made the NYTimes bestseller list but will probably drop off soon unless they bulk the book. I wouldn't worry too much about this just like I wouldn't worry about "Michael Moore Hates America". This is what neo-con shrills do - write follow-up books claiming EVERYTHING IS A LIE. Ironically I checked the book out on Amazon.com and the book it was paired with was Dick Morris's "Rewriting History". These people wouldn't be able to write an original idea but instead take other people's work and try to spin it in a way that makes it sound like everything was lies written by the person they are badmouthing

5. What Moore says is fact, is indeed FACT
Proof: You CANNOT put out a documentary through a major corporation without having the facts in the movie checked.

Moore does edit and does have opinion, just like anyone with an opinion and any media of any sort. But that's just human nature.

What does this website say about the Truth About Fox News. At least michael moore doesn't claim he's showing you news.

6. ad being shown was not in fact a Bush-Quayle ad - Bull - the coordination
was obvious - there is more truth to saying that it was Bush-Quayle than there is to saying it was not.

This NRA/GOP tearing is about as believable as their past half truths.

:-( not

Yes Moore tells truth that may require an explanation - but it is truth.

7. F9ll on track to top $100 million US box office by
about Thursday. Currently $93 million plus and still pulling in over $2,000,000 per day. Already the #10 box office movie of the year 26 days into release. I calculate about 12 million voters will have seen it by the end of the week, equal to 12% of the voting electorate in 2000. With several more weeks to run in wide release and a video/DVD release scheduled for September, it appears this flawed but powerful work will have much more far-reaching effects that some random RW screed with a cute title.

8. Here's a new F 911 thing I heard today...
The family of the soldier whose funeral was in the film is hoppin' mad. They want to know how he got the film and aren't happy that he showed it. Supposedly, the soldier was the one killed by the US soldier throwing a hand grenade (don't even know that story).

The guy who told me that said it was obvious on the film who they were. Just saw F 911 yesterday for the first time, only remember a quick shot of a flag draped coffin with a lady bending over it. Not even slow enough to see what she looked like (which is what I told the guy, who hasn't seen the film, natch).

Anyone know about this new piece of crap story?
