Jeff Seeeman is in or near Canton, I think. Now, I'll preface this with the admission I know nothing about this online publication, I just know I've seen local stories about things in Canton on this site:

Sometimes when Romenesko's Obscure Store links to a story about something happening in Canton, they link to this, so I think it's the online arm of a paper publication, but I'm not sure. If not, there may be links to other local papers on the site.

In general, finding a local newspaper is probably your best bet for any non-national race, I'd think. Either that, or the state's Democratic Party site.
