Political Road Rage
I have a Veteran for Kerry sticker on my car. Yesterday, we were driving home when a car pulled up next to us, blowing the horn and giving us the thumbs down. The driver yells something unintelligible about Kerry in an angry tone. He then raced ahead of us but got stuck at the light. We pulled up next to him and waved and smiled, giving him the thumbs up. I waved my extra Kerry Edwards sticker at him. Like the typical cowards "they" are, he sat stock still, staring straight ahead, then floored it when the light changed.
By the way, this was in Sarasota FL. It's gonna get rough.

I should have told him to "shove it."

2. Hmm...You say you're a vet
First off, I want to say thank you for your service to this(soon to be again) great land, and I'd be willing to bet a large amount of money that the guy you encountered didn't do a hitch in the military. Most likely another chicken hawk who preaches wonderful things to his kids, like "kill 'em all" or something enlightened like that. So another question is, will these characters even vote? They bitch a lot, but seldom put their money where their mouth is, so to speak.

3. You might enjoy hearing P/U truck here in Central Florida sporting two JK
stickers on front and rear bumpers, along with a Confederate flag and a #24 Jeff Gordon Nascar sticker, to boot!

Keep the faith!

4. Keep on rockin' in Florida
My husband is the vet. And that vet sticker, more than the John Kerry sticker on my car, gets more response.
I'm meeting some people here in Florida who I would never picture as Kerry supporters. I just received info that Longboat Key has 1500 registered democrats and 1500 registered republicans with a sprinkling of un-decideds. That's Florida for ya. It's gonna be close.
