Everyone at NASA wears those funny suits in a shuttle

I have a friend that had a NASA internship a few years ago and he was able to step inside one. We were talking about the pic and he said that he had to wear the stuff Kerry was wearing.

While I'll admit that the suit looks funny, that's exactly what they wear in one of them. I'm actually very glad that Kerry showed that he has an interest in scientific research. I'm also impressed with Teresa's ability to speak five languages.


It's refreshing after having the idiot right now that's so ignorant (about science, geography and everything else) and isn't fluent in even ONE language.

1. Despite GeeW touting the Mars mission

he apparently has never had the interest or curiousity to go there and check the place out himself. Too bad for GeeW, in a few months he won't be Presidumb anymore and the opportunity to do things like that will be gone.

that before the Columbia disaster, he had not ONCE visited the NASA center in Houston.

The Mars thing was Rove's most pathetic ideas to come out...it was done when his poll numbers were at a low point. I think I heard someone from the West Wing show say that that's one of those really pathetic cliche ideas they bring out when their numbers really stink.
