Do you think the media turned off average voters during DNC? |
|
I know we are and were all pissed at them for their constant commentaries, for having mostly right wing talking heads on, and for talking over the speeches and their criticisms.
But do you think the average undecided or even the less than partisan among us felt the same way? On AAR this morning there seemed to be a combined sense of exuberance at how well the convention went, and extreme bile for how the media behaved. However, much like on DU I would expect that type of reaction to it from AAR listeners.
But I'm wondering if any middle of the roaders or non political junkies were turned off by it as well.
Of course my worry is that the media will take this criticism to heart just in time for the RNC and not do what they did to us to them and use the excuse "Oh, well people complained when we did it at the DNC!"

1. I doubt the average person was exposed to the DNC very much |
|
So...I guess they'll rely on the media. So...hmmm.
