The unspoken message behind "White" and "Hard Working" is Black and Lazy?
I just can't express enough outrage.

These Super D's need to be pressured to bring Clinton up tough.

We need ALL of them to endorse Obama right effing now, or face serious consequences.

America doesn't need this shit... not now... not this time... not at this critical juncture in world history...

She needs to go, and she needs to go NOW

Let the talking heads and political folk, close ranks and protect their own, decrying criticism... and defending her goddamn virtue. I don't care if history lionizes her as some progressive fucking ICON. They can rewrite it all they want.

Behind the scenes... these SD's need to move their ASSES.

10. Yes. And I hear whiffs of it in my ULTRA LIBERAL Obama supporting neighborhood
Edited on Fri May-09-08 01:35 PM by Leopolds Ghost
That's why it's such a potent dog-whistle.

Even educated, ultra-liberal whites buy into the notion that

blacks = lazy, poor, below working class

and working class = white, undereducated racists (note: projection)

and middle class liberals = educated enough to make $100K a year and
"escape the working class" that we somehow no longer need

When the "first black president" and his wife ran Arkansas, the NAACP sued them for intimidating black voters at the polls.

19. I think she just misspoke.
She was quoting stats that had voters broken down by race. If she had said "white" the first time, it wouldn't have sounded so bad. But the way she added it in later, it could be taken to mean that only whites are hard-working. I do NOT think that was her intention, so I'm inclined to give her a pass. This time.

20. We might agree about Hillary going but all it will take to keep her is
The coming strike on Iran.

Then Obama will be labelled as a Osama/Hammas/Muslim type of guy. The M$M will focus on this new framing and keep iot playing this way.

Possibly once Iran is attacked the Internet will be closed off. You'll still be able to order books from Amazon and bedsheets from Overstock.com but discussion will be a thing of the past.

30. Clinton, the elite and the media have begun a movement that will...
put white people against black people so that if Clinton doesn't get the nomination, the system will have enough whites to jump over to McSame to defeat Obama just because of race. When they describe her doing so well with blue collar whites, they rarely mention that they are talking about those who make under 15k a year ( at least thats what they said yesterday ). I think the base that Clinton has, is just those who are poor, working allot, probably don't have the internet to educate themselves and they take whatever the media gives them as their guide in the election. That being said, they have been following Clinton and will jump to McSame when the media starts pushing him.

Its sad that our future seems to be guided every election cycle, by a bunch of people that are uneducated in politics and the goings on of our gangerment. I hope that with how bad things have become we will be lucky enough to pull one off for the good of the people and not let them steal another.

If Obama is the nominee, Clinton better be making double the appearances in the media pushing Obama compared to when she was saying that McSame was a better choice than Obama. We will see?

harumph

I'm just cranky

She'll still just pose as a victim... trying to force the SDs hand with her behavior... taking it to the convention and juxtaposing the SD (perceived insiders) landslide to her fake assertions of disenfranchisement in Florida and Michigan

BUT, at least we'll HAVE a presumptive nominee

how many SDs left? at ten a day... twenty days?
