Kerry did not generate enough red tape?
Seems crazy, but is * actually suggesting that Kerry did not make enough new laws, regulations, etc. while in Congress? Is this a good argument to make to the "base"? Talk about saying anything to stay in power. :shrug: We also have a new flip-flop: was for Congress not passing too many laws, now he's for it.
