Where were clark and Sharpton?
They were not at the debate. I'm suprised AS missed a chance to talking about his 'donkey slaping' or whatever.

3. Clark planned on grandson due date - didn't do a late date Joe turnaround
So, he campaign in NH after a stellar MTP this morning.

5. It doesn't really matter
where they were.

Who saw the debate? A few thousand internet / political junkies.

Who covered it? C-Span and a handful of reporters.

What new topic was covered? ???

What new soundbite was unveiled? ???

I don't know, because I was watching football.

I watched the first couple of these cluster fs and vowed not to watch anymore until the field narrowed to at most 4.

It's time for Kucinich, Sharpton, Braun, Lieberman & quite possibly Gephardt to bow out. They've increased their speaker fees as much as they can expect to.

10. OK
I'll tell you what I'll do.

If the NYT / WP / ABC / CBS, (you know the usual liberal media) do more than 1 article / 30 seconds on the debate, then I'll come back and question where Clark and Al were.

11. well go to google
put Howard Dean into the news search button and see how many articles their are on the demcoratic debate. And this is only 30 minutes after the break. Think of how much coverage they'll get tommorow in the newspaper press and the morning shows

12. The first few debates are fun and interesting....
Edited on Sun Jan-04-04 06:21 PM by Rowdyboy
But once you get past the novelty, they're boring pieces of triviality. Nothing of substance is said, and nobody much watches. I had today's on in the background and caught maybe 10 minutes of it. The verses change, but the lyrics stay the same...
