That's like a drink of cool, clean water for me!

Next up, combat the rethug!

I really want to hear Clinton's "concession" speech which imo should have been shared months ago.

1. she's got a lot to answer for
and she needs to go on a new cross country cavalcade in her "Concession Caravan" where she builds up the Democratic Party in general and Barack Obama in particular.

She owes us that.

2. I don't know, it's still too close to call
In fact, Montana is my home state, I think I win that one and then I fully expect Obama to concede to me after that. He's put up a helluva fight though, I respect him for it.

5. OK. I concede you might think you are the end all, my friend, but
besides you, any feelings about who might take the state, besides you? And does the whole state know about you? If they don't, they should!

9. I think they used to
at least some of the state. Back in the athletic days.

In reality, Obama easy. I don't know anybody all that interested in HRC there. My relatives in Missoula, the most liberal city in the state, said that you couldn't find a ticket to see Obama and that Hillary's campaign couldn't give away tickets to see her. He should blow her out there. Which is suprising in a way, because I wouldn't think MT would vote for somebody black. Really surprises me.

10. Bummer-you lost the athletic vote.
I am verily impressed about the voters there, white for the most part is my guess, who will vote for Obama.

Different states, different strokes. different ages, different perceptions. My dad just turned 80 and couldn't wait to vote for Clinton (because he likes/d Bill). Now, I don't know. Not a clue.
He did tell me a black man would never be elected. WRONG, DAD!

12. my grandfather loved Bill Clinton
He would have been all over voting for Hillary. He used to correspond with Big Dog, I guess Bill liked writing letters to people. Bill could get some votes in MT, he's charismatic etc. Hillary is different. I see why people wouldn't like her. I think MTans probably think she's a little too calculating. Talking to my relatives and everything, almost all of them said they lost respect for the Clintons this year, and they all don't trust Hillary. Now Edwards would have played well in the state. Several people I talked to liked Edwards when he was still in it.

That and I just think Obama is different and people are different. It isn't 1988 or 1968 anymore. Obama looks to be the right guy at the right time. If you would have told me 4 years ago that a black man would be president of the United States in 2008, I would have said no chance. Now, it looks like it will happen. Amazing.

15. Operative word: AMAZING. I SO hope we can all make this happen,
and not have this be an issue, which in the GE it will be, of course. But so what? I'm so jazzed that we have a candidate we love!

And sorry for your loss, Wetzelbill. Or our gain?

4. Obama is going to clean McCain's effing clock. I can't wait to witness it.
He's run a masterful primary campaign, in spite of all of the shit that's been thrown at him. I fully expect it can only get better from here.

8. I have to say - I'm a lot more relaxed about this tonight - Happy
that Obama is going to have this thing finished and we can all train our sights on the Republican Machine.....

I look forward to working with all the Democrats on this board, and nationwide as well, for the victory in November!!!

21. The denial is getting ridiculous. Obama will be the presumptive
nominee in a few short days. The party will coalesce around him. Hillary will or won't take it to the convention, but she won't be the nominee. She's done.
