Hillary's Returning to New York - for Her Concession Speech, Perhaps?

It's traditional for candidates to give the concession speech from their home state, isn't it?

Coming home?

Hillary's spending Monday night in New York City, a suggestion that she'll be having election night in her home state Tuesday.

That would be her first New York election night since Super Tuesday, when she won big states but, in retrospect, more or less lost the nomination.

less happy with her campaign style lately.

I'm booked up that night, but DFNYC might be doing something. Do you ever go to their meetups? I'll send you info if you want it.

6. Given that Mac said that Obama would be a good candidate in the fall
and then going for the usual talking points... perhaps... I took his words as a signal... just that you had to be VERY ALERT to catch it

8. Won't read too much into this
The primaries are over and she hasn't been to her home in NY in ages. Perhaps she just wants to sleep in a bed that is formula for one night or spend a quiet day with Bill and Chelsea away from the campaign?

13. why? she's going to lose both.
no reason for a victory speech in either state. This is her last victory.

9. I dont read anything into this either...
She wont win the last 2 on Tuesday so there is no reason for her to go anywhere but back to NY.

20. "UPDATE: Or maybe not: She's spending Tuesday night in Washington."
http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0608/Coming_home.html

I don't think she'll ever give a concession speech, the best we should hope for is a "You won't have Nixon to kick around anymore" speech.

22. Maybe she's going to deliver another insult to African-Americans....
and wanted to make sure her constituents in Harlem got the message.

It has been a couple of weeks now. I know she's been busy and all, but she's behind schedule in her insults on A-A's at this point.
