Everyone - Back to Work... Stop watching the side show.
Time for anyone who is a Democrat to get back to work.

http://my.barackobama.com/page/contribute

Work locally, work on the phones, work anyone you can get ahold of.

This is the most important election in many of our lifetimes. Not because its
another presidential election, and the downside is so great. The downside of more
republicanism is always deep and ugly. But at this time - it is precisely the UPSIDE
of the mood of the nation, the chances to win that have rarely been as great as
they are now.

So Turn Off, Tune In, and let the Hillary side show drop out of view.

IT DOES NOT FUCKING MATTER.

and get back to work!

please rec - and include your best ideas for how we address the key challenges
of this election GOING FORWARD.

The Flame Bait addiction on DU.

Everyone is commenting and propping every Hillary Flame Bait thread...

best way to put and end to this is:

ignore, ignore, ignore

drop, drop, drop

4. Agreed. We have work to do.- we have a lot of healing to do so we can move forward as a party-
McCain is not going to be easy to beat - we know how they play and we know that they cheat. Big time. In ways - at least previously- that we've not been prepared for and in others that we have not stood up and defended (such as rigged election and massive disenfranchisement and swift boating). There is an opening here- an exciting opportunity that many of us see in Barack Obama- to do things really differently this time but it is a huge road and we need EVERYONE on board.

I'm thinking it would be a smart idea, to form a really POWERFUL group of Women for Obama to start an agressive communications campaign and social network. A group that would include such women as Susan Sarandon, Jane Fonda, Caroline Kennedy, Naomi Wolf, Toni Morrison, Kate Michelman, Gov. Sebelius, Alice Walker, Maria Shriver, Barbara Ehrenreich, Oprah and soon- hopefully- Hillary Clinton and some of the women currently working on her campaign as a way to heal some of the upset and disappointment currently being felt by many of Hillary's female supporters.
