A Repub plant? That crazy woman outside the Rules Ctee meeting screeching about voting for McCain
if her vote wasn't counted?

GMA showed a clip of her this morning.

This SO smacks of Karl Rove's "dirty tricks."

Anybody else agree with me?

2. It's glaringly obvious...
she is a plant.

No real Democrat would vote for John McCain, regardless of disappointment over Hillary.

19. Have we EVER seen such a spectacle during this entire primary season?
Are you trying to tell me that ALL OF A SUDDEN we've got a stereotypical Hillary supporter conveniently placed where she'll get plenty of media coverage?

Something's not right here...

10. Where can I get that cartoon on your post?
That is hysterical! I was seriously laid up from 3 abdominal surgeries this past year and someone gave me that standard "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." I wish I had had this cartoon at the time! It's my sentiment exactly!

29. Remember, you can always "Right-click" on an image and select "Viiew Image"
(or whatever the particular menu choice is in your
browser). You'll be taken to the web URL (page) from
which the image was supplied.

5. She's been spun by the masters, no doubt
but my impression from the youtube clip is that she's for reals. Look she's from NYC and they've been jerked and spun like a toilet paper roll since 911, the biggest jerk of all time.

I was there and many more people voiced similar opinions, albeit more diplomatically.

15. Just how does someone voice the opinion that an "inadequate
black male" took the win away from a white woman so in return that person will vote for a war-mongering, pandering, anti-women's rights white man diplomatically?

That's what she probably meant.

32. McCain isn't heavy into diplomacy, and neither are his supporters.

So I doubt you'll get a reasonable answer.
Gotta just point out and laugh at the dittoheads, then move on past their distracting nonsense.

30. Do you claim that real Hillary supporters are 100% merged with op chaos provocateurs?

Indistinguishable? I think they ARE distinguishable. I've only to take as example the many Hillary supporters on this board who've been making the distinction clearer and clearer recently, as the op chaos type provocations have ramped up. The distinction is made for good reason, too - op chaos clones first target Hillary with a parody of "support" and in so doing tear her image down in the process of targeting Obama, and their eye is always toward tearing down the whole Dem party in favor of McCain.

And yes, of course there's no doubt that op chaos clones play both Dem camps against each other. It's as easy to parody Obama "support" as to parody Clinton "support", if the only object is to ramp up mindless internecine hatred in hopes of contributing to an irrevocable split.

That way, they don't have to take any responsibility for their tactics.

Same possibility. Obama has plenty of loose cannons on his side that are capable of such.

that she does, in fact, live in Manhattan and donated $200 to HRCs campaign. So that argument is probably a non-starter.

9. Actually she IS a Democrat. Her whole office along with her are big Clinton fans.
She wasn't a plant- she was an unhinged Clinton supporter. Googling her name will bring up her donations to the candidate. Click the name of the business she works for (it's a realty company of some sort) and you'll see the rest of them are also Hillary supporters.

Those are the people she went with, presumably.

I'm betting they aren't as unhinged as she is, btw.

17. Um, so she "says" she's a Dem and "gave" HRC some money.
I don't think that is totally dispositive here. Even if she isn't a repuke plant, we don't know how long she has been a "Democrat."

I'm sorry, this so fits a stereotype of screechy, unhinged, hysterical women and WHEN in this campaign or any other in recent history have we seen this kind of spectacle? After ALL the coverage in so many primary states (including NY) over ALL these months, we suddenly have such a caricature?

Something is REALLY wrong here, IMO....

20. If you want to believe in the conspiracy, no one can disabuse you of the notion.
One one side of the scales we have everything she's said and the research people (including myself) have done, which all back it up.

On the other side of the scale there is only your unwillingness to believe such a person exists.

How hard are you going to push down with your thumb to give your inability to disbelieve facts greater weight than facts?

I'm not trying to be snarky- I find myself using a similar thinking evaluation process now and again. Always be willing to step back and define how you're really evaluating two pieces of information. And what those pieces of information are. Little self checks like that can really help in some situations.

25. Ya can't blame me for wondering this, after all of the dirty tricks that have been played on us
by Karl Rove.

But yes, of course, there IS a possibility of a loony individual who so longs for her 15 minutes of fame that she'll debase herself horribly to do so. And there IS the possibility that she fits the stereotype PERFECTLY.

IMO, skepticism is a good thing in politics. Think about it...

21. There's something wrong all right
and that's Hillary playing the terror card along with the race, sexism and victim cards. That's why I think this lady is all worked up -- she's probably still scared shitless of terrists, thanks in large part to Hillary sucking up and lying for Bush and Cheney, who are the only terrorists we need to worry about.

With a nice medley of "Count Hillary!" and "McCain '08!" signs.

Then of course there's a large number of the Clinton supporters here on DU... the entire Hillaryis44 site...

I don't think they're plants. I just think they're dumbasses.

33. You've got not only her, but you've got camerapeople focussing in on her

and playing her up for all that can be squeezed from the spectacle. So even if she was only a forgettable drunk pro-Hillary dem, the way it gets presented and looped for the usual 15 minutes of national display is product of more than just her input. If it weren't her there'd be others - in a country of population 300 million there's overflowing kinds and gradations of people and it's up to us to choose how we focus our attention.

Angry stupid racist people like Ms. Christian (ironic name btw) could easily belong in either camp.
