"This may be the last day I'm ever involved in a campaign of this kind."- Bill Clinton

Can we start uniting behind Obama now?

You fought valiantly Hillary. You gave it your all. You would have made a fine President, and hopefully you're up for another run in 2016.

But now it's time to win the White House for the Democrats in November.

2. I thought that too...
But I think you can make the case that campaigning for "the other guy" is a different type of campaign than campaigning for your wife.

20. Or campaigning against another Democrat in a primary...
is different from campaigning against a Republican in a general election. That's what I want to hear in it anyway.

and Iraq war strategy. Of course, the man leading the attacks on Bush at the time was our Dem nominee.

Obama should NOT trust ANYONE from the Clinton group.

Obama doesn't NEED Clinton's type of campaigning - it's all backhanded at best when it concerns any other Democrat, while they manage to heap praise on their Republican friends like Bushes and McCain.

26. I'd rather he didn't - he's been a disaster for Hillary, who knows what he'd say for Obama.

21. I don't think she'll run again
She played every card and called in every favor - beyond that she now owes so many favors that just paying off the interest on all those favors will keep her busy for a decade. Unless Chelsea runs the Clinton's are finished.

25. As someone who's still pretty angry at the Clintons, I don't read too much into this.
All he's saying is that he won't be involved in a campaign -- the same way he wasn't involved in 2000 or 2004. I'm sure he'll attend campaign events with Obama, but he won't actually be part of the campaign.
