I could live with an Obama/Clinton ticket except for one BIG reason |
|
Edited on Mon Jun-02-08 09:02 PM by rhombus
I can't stand the cast of characters around Hillary Clinton -- People like Terry McAuliffe, Harold Ickes, Lanny Davis, Geraldine Ferraro, Sidney Blumenthal, the list goes on.
This is why I don't want Hillary on the ticket.

3. We need to remember that Cheney has established the VP as a more powerful position |
|
I dont want someone with Hillary's naked ambition anywhere near the VP office under that circumstance.

9. True but Obama isn't nearly as stupid or as easy as Bush |
|
Bush wanted to be a figure head, he didn't really want the job, he just wanted to go on TV and bloviate like he wasn't a waste of flesh. Wanted to prove he was as good as daddy.

My anger is with them and with Hillary because she doesn't call them on it.

7. Lets TRUST Obama to make the right decision here...including his GE staff... |
|
Regardless of whether he picks Hillary as VP, Obama WILL be augmenting his GE staff. Many of these folks are really capable. They probably won't be his spokespeople though.

for any chance of a cabinet position. Most are unsavory characters.

However Bill is going to have to stay at home except for photo-op clapping and supporting his wife.
Chelsea can go out on the trail I like her.
If its Obama/Clinton its about her as VP and not Big Dawg.
