Hillary will not drop out. |
|
Edited on Mon Jun-02-08 10:01 PM by DerekJ
1- Hillary let some of her advance team go. There are no more primaries; she doesn't need them at the moment. 2- Hillary is meeting her fundraisers in NY. Wants to ask them to finance her to stay longer?!! 3- Some of her supporters went public and are saying it's over. Went public means they're having a problem convincing her in private. 4- She's having a speech on Tuesday in NY. To let us know she's not going anywhere, and she's challenging Michigan?
Look I never asked for Hillary to drop out for one simple reason, I've no right to do so. But I'd like to say I wish I'm wrong, and that she will take her last chance for the high road and quit, but I truly believe it won't happen.
This will be a primary to remember.

7. Reports are saying she will. Plus Bill would not be signaling it's almost over |
|
right before Montana and South Dakota vote if they were continuing. If you plan on going forward you don't want to give voters the impression you could be taking camp down. That could cost her quite a few votes.

her coming before that first.

14. I had just watched this video |
|
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=385x141889He seems to have gotten some pretty direct info on her dropping out and the specifics of her negotiations with Obama. Had I not seen that video I would be more inclined to agree with your original OP.

11. Yep, she knows taking this to the Convention would turn her into the |
|
wicked witch of the east. It's just flat out common sense. She is clearly a smart woman and she must know it's time to end this and get behind Obama.

Obama has little chance of beating McCain and you blame Hillary? The whole party looks pretty "undemocratic" to me and much of the country considering the party elite and Super Delegates maneuvers this primary.

Once again (like 2004 giving Bush the election before the counts and fraud investigations...even some votes not recounted) she thinks she can determine who wins and who doesn't. It isn't your say Nancy.
Why not impeach Bush and we might all rest a bit better in this country? You are fighting the wrong enemy.
If I hear one more time "for the sake of the party" I'm going to throw up. How dare they take away our vote using that excuse.

22. Please understand that this whole GE argument is BS. There are many instances where second runners |
|
where pulling better in the last few days, even winning contests. She's running uncontested, while Obama has to answer to her and McCain, and the MSM for everything right now.
