How Obama did in bordering counties to SD
I don't know if this means much but Obama won 5 out of 7 counties in Minnesota that border SD.

He tied in two and lost one in Wyoming that borders SD

Nebraska and ND must have been caucus states though we do know he absolutely crushed her in Nebraska and won by 14% in ND.

I predict he will win SD by 5 points.

1. Wow. That would mean ARG will be off by 31%
From predicting an Obama loss off 26% to Clinton losing by 5%.

Has that ever happened?

6. Not necessarily
She might have given up the primaries as a whole, but logically is doesn't follow that because she isn't there she won't win by that margin.

7. There's this..and I've seen so many tribes across
the country endorsing Obama that I may have gotten carried away.

"Six tribal leaders in South Dakota explain their endorsement of Sen. Barack Obama (D-Illinois) for president.

"Sen. Obama began his career as a community organizer on the streets of Chicago. He has said that this experience showed him that change comes from empowering communities and reinforced his respect for tribal sovereignty. He dismisses what he calls one-size-fits-all solutions from Washington and says that empowering tribal communities to address their own problems will be an important goal of his presidency. That message resonates with Native peoples because Indian country is confident that we have the answer to our challenges but need an administration that will be a partner with us," the tribal leaders say.

All six tribal leaders, representing the Oglala Sioux Tribe, the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe, the Rosebud Sioux Tribe and the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, sit on Obama's Tribal Leaders Steering Committee."
