Austin-American Statesman reports that Clinton not to concede

Austin American-Statesman: Garry Mauro, who's steered Sen. Hillary Clinton's Texas presidential campaign, insists that regardless of what happens in Tuesday's primaries in South Dakota and Montana (where Mauro has been chasing votes for Clinton like the twenty-something activist that he's not), Clinton won't quit her chase of the nomination against Sen. Barack Obama by this weekend.
"She is not quitting," said Mauro, who has known the candidate since they worked for Democrats in Texas in 1972.

Furthermore, Mauro said, he expects Sen. Clinton or Bill Clinton to speak at this weekend's Texas Democratic Party state convention in Austin. "One of the two will be there; I don't think there's any doubt," Mauro said, noting that Sen. Clinton had earlier told him personally she'd see him back in Texas.

"We're not quitting before the state convention" Friday and Saturday, Mauro said. "I can tell you that unequivacably. She is not going to concede."

7. I think she is going to concede.
The Democratic Governors, of both supporters are set to unify around Obama very soon. Rumor reports say there is no press sign up sheet for this coming week from Hillary's Camp.

All signs point to an exit within 36 hours.

3. I guess if Hillary shows up at our convention I will sit there and listen
However, if Billbo is the speaker I think I will need to go to the restrooms around that time:puke:

9. It would be really great if Hillary and Barack showed up at our convention, where she would endorse
him and call for Party UNITY. That would make everything so much better, since this is pretty much the end of the campaign season.

It would be extra sweet since Hillary claimed Texas was where she and Bill first campaigned for George McGovern.

I was told at an Obama monthly meeting that the Texas Democratic Convention was suppose to be bigger than the one in Denver, and that the Obama campaign was going to use it as a trial run. It wasn't clear at that time whether Obama would be attending. I emailed someone (MT) who is close to Obama about trying to start a petition to get Barack here, but was told that he (MT) didn't want to disappoint anyone incase Obama couldn't make it, but that he was trying his hardest to encourage Obama to come and be a part of our convention.

I'll just have to wait and found out when I get there.

I'm FIRED UP AND READY TO GO!

10. I don't believe she will do it.
Her motto is never back down, never apologize, and never change course - even if you're wrong. Sadly, she has proven that over and over again.
